How it works
- Talk. You tell us the goal. We ask the hard questions early, map the system and agree on a first milestone.
- Build. AI tools speed up the code, art drafts and testing. An experienced engineer designs the architecture and reviews every step.
- Review. We work in steps: you see a working result at each stage and approve it before we move on.
- Ship. We handle release, deployment and monitoring, and stay for what comes next.
Our own game, in the works
We build our own games the same way. Our card game is not out yet, but it is already built end to end with this process: a real server, accounts, sign-in and online play.
Who is behind it
Pickle Panda is a family studio, and I am the one building. I am a self-taught developer who has been building for the web for over 25 years. I have built countless websites and worked on systems of every size: large company platforms, a team of developers to lead, a stint teaching programming at a university, and a studio of my own. I care about accessibility and about security, and lately I have been working with AI coding agents every day. The AI is fast. I read, review and fix every line it writes, because the judgment stays human.
